Safety Program
The health and safety of every employee at West Maui Construction is our top priority. We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthful working environment in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations. To achieve this, we provide safeguards, programs, training, and equipment designed to reduce the potential for incidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses.
We have implemented comprehensive Health & Safety Policies aligned with OSHA construction standards, enforced through programs, training, and disciplinary accountability. A complete copy of the Health & Safety Manual is available at our corporate office and on all job sites in written or electronic form.
We expect all employees to participate actively in safety efforts and take personal responsibility for working safely, reporting hazards, and upholding the policies and practices outlined herein. No employee is required to perform a task they believe is unsafe. Reporting safety concerns is not only encouraged, it is protected.
Our ultimate goal is zero incidents.
